Want to test ride a Vielo bike this year near you? Here’s your chance!
We’re going to be all around the UK this year at events with Glorious Gravel and more. We’re bringing a new fleet of demo bikes for you to test ride. If you’ve ever wanted to try a Vielo R+1 Road bike or V+1 Gravel bike then this is your chance!
How it works
Book yourself a 45 minute test ride using the form below at one of the events we’re going to be at. You can find out more info on the events and the locations on our Events Page.
Deposit
Your £50 payment is a fully refundable deposit. We use this system to ensure we have your details for security and to ensure test rides are booked by genuine people before the event. It also helps us understand the number of bikes required at each event. After the event your deposit is automatically refunded to you.
Before the event
Leading up to the event our team will contact you to chat about your options and send you the details of where to find us.
On the day
15 minutes Before your slot come find the Vielo Expo area in the events village. Our team will set your bike up for you. You’ll then have 45 minutes to take the bike out for a ride. When you get back you’ll have time to chat to our team about the bike.
What you’ll need to bring
- Your cycling shoes and pedals from your current bike.
- Cycling helmet and appropriate kit.
- A form of ID / Security like a Driving licence or Passport.
Note : The test rides are designed as opportunities to experience a Vielo bike. They’re not designed to be used as a rental bike to compete at the event. To avoid dissapointment on the day, please dont book a test bike expecting to compete on it.

UK Deliveries
All UK deliveries are sent by express courier, usually on a next working day delivery. In stock parts, accessories and clothing orders placed before 1pm we’ll aim to dispatch the same day. All deliveries of bikes are made to order, so please allow up to 3 working days for build time before dispatch.
Built Bikes
Built bikes are shipped in large box, 95% assembled. When you receive
the box all you’ll need to do is insert the wheels, attach your pedals
and set your saddle height. If you’ve provided your bike fit data to us
we will have marked your saddle height on the seat post for you. Torque
settings, manuals and first steps videos are all available in our Vielo
owners area. All deliveries will be dispatched with tracking numbers
emailed to you.
Bikes are sent via Next Working day Courier. Some deliveries in areas
such as the highlands or islands will require additional time for
deliveries. 99.9% of our deliveries arrive on time, however sometimes
delays in transit happen. If your order is time critical please let us
know in advance and we’ll do all we can.
International Pricing
International Pricing
At Vielo.cc we display all our prices in GBP £ including UK VAT at 20%.
International prices vary for each country due to import duties, tariffs, currency differences and local taxes. For pricing in your local currency,
including having the bike built to your desired specification, please contact your local dealer or us directly at info@vielosports.com

Vielo Frames come with a 5 Year warranty when registered at Vielo.cc
We also offer a Crash replacement policy to customers to help them get back on the road or gravel in the event of an accident

Cycle to Work Scheme order process
1 – Contact us (phone or email) to request a quote and check stock availability.
2 – We’ll email you a quote with all the details about your bike.
3 – We normally ask for a £100 refundable deposit to hold the frame and parts for your bike build.
4 - You request a Cycle to Work voucher from your employer for the value of the bike.
5 – When your voucher arrives, you send it to us. We can then build your bike, claim the voucher and refund your £100 deposit.
