At Vielo Sports LTD we use V12 Finance to enable you a fast and simple way to get your ideal scenario for buying your next bike or upgrades. They have a long and proven track record in many sectors and are renowned for their dealings within the cycle industry. Here are a few terms and conditions of Vielo Sports and V12 regulations when applying for finance.

Why choose V12 Finance? V12 gives you the option to finance your new bike for up to 24 months.

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more
  • Be able to make repayments by direct debit
  • Be in regular employment* (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in
    permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment.



How much can I borrow? You may borrow up to £15,000. The minimum priced item with credit available is £500.00

Is a deposit required? Yes, a minimum 10% deposit will need to be paid upon acceptance, the maximum deposit on all order is 50%.

How are my monthly payments made? All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first payment will be due one month after the date of delivery finance, subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.

If my application is not successful, can I re-apply? Yes. We acknowledge that your circumstances change and just because we have refused a previous application, it does not mean that we'll automatically turn down a further request. We do suggest however, that you leave at least 6 months between applications.

Declined Credit Applications If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision.

Will the finance company perform a credit check? Yes. A credit check forms part of the automated decision making process.

Can I pay my agreement off early?
Yes. You have the right to repay all or part of the credit early at any time – you should contact V12 Finance for details by phone, e-mail or letter at the following;

Can I cancel my credit agreement if I change my mind? You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days (beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement). If you wish to withdraw you must give the finance company notice in writing or by telephone or email. The name of your finance company will be clearly shown on your credit agreement (see contact details below). Please note that if you do give notice of withdrawal, you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay and in any event by no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal.

How do I ask a question about the credit agreement? If you have aquestion, require further information or if there is anything you do not understand regarding the credit agreement, please call V12 Finance on 029 2046 8900 or seek free, independent advice from organisations such as the Citizen Advice Bureau or the Money Advice Service.

How long does it take to apply online? V12's online application form is a fast and easy process. Once complete, your application will then be instantly sent to the finance company and they will get a response to you as soon as possible. Some applications may take longer to process. If for any reason we can't give you an instant decision, you will be notified on screen as part of the application aprocess and also by e-mail, with a follow up e-mail as soon as a decision is confirmed.

Can i Click and Collect my order from another retailer? No we dont offer a click and collect service with orders placed via V12 Finance.

ABOUT OUR LENDERS: Finance is subject to status. From time to time, we may vary the terms of our financeoffer at our discretion. To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older, in regular employment and have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time.
