UK Deliveries
Small parts are sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery.
Frames , Bikes and parts over £300 are sent via DHL UK's next working day courier srvice.
In stock parts, accessories and clothing orders placed before 1pm we’ll aim to dispatch the same day. All deliveries of bikes are made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for build time before dispatch.
Built Bikes
Built bikes are shipped in large box, 95% assembled. When you receive the box all you’ll need to do is insert the wheels, attach your pedals and set your saddle height. If you’ve provided your bike fit data to us we will have marked your saddle height on the seat post for you. Torque settings, manuals and first steps videos are all available in our Vielo owners area. All deliveries will be dispatched with tracking numbers emailed to you.
Bikes are sent via Next Working day Courier. Some deliveries in areas such as the highlands or islands will require additional time for deliveries. 99.9% of our deliveries arrive on time, however sometimes delays in transit happen. If your order is time critical please let us know in advance and we’ll do all we can.
International Delivery
We offer international deliveries on all Vielo bikes, frames and accessories. Carriage charges are based on weight, volume and destination. We will calculate this for you and advise you of the charge before you place the order.

All orders in the UK are charged VAT inclusive of the price at 20%. You’ll be able to see the VAT/TAX value at the shopping basket. Orders outside of the UK or EU will be required to process as an offline order by emailing info@vielosports.com
International Duties, Taxes and Tariffs
Please note that there may be import duties due on the goods you are buying. We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out if any duties apply. Where possible we’ll do our best to help advise you on where to find duty costs. Deliveries are sent DAP terms and the courier will charge any local customs fees and charges to the customer before delivery.
Any shipments that are returned to us due to duties / taxes or tariffs not paid will be charged a return shipping cost. Any subsequent shipments will also requirea new shipping fee to be paid again.
Built To Order bikes
If you order is being custom built, we'll aim to build your bike within 10 days . Once your order is placed we'll contact you to confirm the build slot and delivery date.
