Our demo bikes are loved and well cared for. We treat them as our own, because they are. They’ve been used for photoshoots, magazine test or customer demo rides. Each one is cleaned and serviced regularly. They may have some scratches and scuff marks on them, but this is reflected in the price and the description. When they're not in use they are cleaned and polished for display at Vielo HQ. They may have a few minor scuffs and marks usually from transportation, or positioning the seat post to the correct saddle height, nothing more than you would expect.
We fully service all of our ex demo bikes ready for sale. You can expect the bike to be cleaned, polished and freshly lubed. All of the ex demo bikes are sold with a full 5 year warranty as standard.

UK Deliveries
All UK deliveries are sent by express courier, usually on a next working day delivery. In stock parts, accessories and clothing orders placed before 1pm we’ll aim to dispatch the same day. All deliveries of bikes are made to order, so please allow up to 3 working days for build time before dispatch.
Built Bikes
Built bikes are shipped in large box, 95% assembled. When you receive
the box all you’ll need to do is insert the wheels, attach your pedals
and set your saddle height. If you’ve provided your bike fit data to us
we will have marked your saddle height on the seat post for you. Torque
settings, manuals and first steps videos are all available in our Vielo
owners area. All deliveries will be dispatched with tracking numbers
emailed to you.
Bikes are sent via Next Working day Courier. Some deliveries in areas
such as the highlands or islands will require additional time for
deliveries. 99.9% of our deliveries arrive on time, however sometimes
delays in transit happen. If your order is time critical please let us
know in advance and we’ll do all we can.

At Vielo.cc we display all our prices in GBP £ including UK VAT at 20%.
International prices vary for each country due to import duties, tariffs, currency differences and local taxes. For pricing in your local currency,

Vielo Frames come with a 5 Year warranty when registered at Vielo.cc
We also offer a Crash replacement policy to customers to help them get back on the road or gravel in the event of an accident
